The Responsible Beverage online training program is about changing views of alcohol service and safety in the tourism & hospitality industry.
Responsible Beverage is designed to help business owners and staff deal with the risks related to serving alcohol. The training helps ensure guest safety by giving staff the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and help prevent potentially high-risk situations from occurring, and how to handle these situations if they do arise.
